Bio Max 120  is a concentrated water based degreaser designed and formulated to replace butyl & caustic cleaners. When used as directed the fast penetration and emulsifying action removes heavy grease and oil deposits, it's pH is 12.2.

Bio Max 60 is 120 cut in half for price consideration feasibility for small businesses and projects. DO NOT ALLOW EITHER OF THESE PRODUCTS TO FULLY DRY IN THE SUN AS IT WILL DULL AND POSSIBLE REMOVE PAINT.
